EisnerAmper LLP announces that Chip Niculae has joined the firm as a director in the International Tax Services Group, specializing in international taxation and cross-border transactions.
Chip has more than 13 years of experience in inbound and outbound tax structuring, cross-border transactions, M&A, entity formation, global reorganizations, debt financing and restructuring, and liquidations. He has held positions with a national tax practice and with the NY ITS Core Practice at a Big Four firm.
Chip’s client roster has included U.S. and foreign multinationals and private equity funds in the automotive, technology, retail, manufacturing, satellite, chemical, telecommunication and pharmaceutical sectors.
“As the world grows more complex, international taxation is also becoming increasingly complex,” said Gerard O’Beirne, Tax Partner and leader of EisnerAmper’s International Tax Services Group. “Chip brings a wealth of experience to this area and will be a valuable business advisor for clients with an international presence or those considering such.”
Chip, who will be based in EisnerAmper’s Iselin, NJ, office, has a B.A. in International Relations from Boston University and a J.D. from the Rutgers School of Law. He is also a board member of the Romanian-American Chamber of Commerce.
